| 1. How long does it take to launch your custom-branded content system? |
Obviously this will depend on the level of customisation you require. That said, we can typically deliver your fully branded and modularised content within 3-5 weeks from approval. This includes design, set up and establishing access systems.
| 2. Can we add our own internal training content to the platform? |
Yes. Your academy can include your proprietary content, custom modules, or onboarding materials. We'll integrate them seamlessly within the training structure.
To host that content (videos, downloads) we recommend using our Amazon Web Servers to guarantee system performance. Some other hosting systems can be used, something we would need to discuss during the design phase.
| 3. What if we already use an internal LMS? |
No problem. We run the platform as a standalone portal with direct links to the content listed in your LMS. As the systems will be different, to the best of our knowledge integration will not be possible.
| 4. Can we issue certifications under our company’s name? |
Yes. You can choose to manage certification internally using our assessment tools, or we can handle certification issuance on your behalf under our established credentials.
We would only offer these 9SF certifications for the competency based levels of qualification we already offer in the business improvement space.
| 5. What does the pricing model look like? |
Pricing is based on company size and required access levels. It is always less than the cost of hosting and running this internally, offering unmatched ROI. Custom quotes are available upon request and the provision of a detailed scope design.
