Participants in the program can cancel their attendance at scheduled APGI Events at any time.

Such cancellation is to be made in writing by email to [email protected] 

We require a minimum number of attendees in order for this event to be viable. As soon as we  establish that those minimum attendee numbers are reached, we will confirm that the event is going ahead to all participants, and no later than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled first day of the event.

Although highly unlikely, significant circumstances may be cause for us to cancel the event - e.g. unforeseen weather event, border closures by government bodies, closure of the venue, pandemic etc. In such circumstances, we will communicate to all participants as soon as possible about any cancellation.

Refunds will be given to all should the event be cancelled, for whatever reason, by the host (Soarent Publishing).

Full refunds will be given for cancellations by participants communicated provided such cancellation is (a) in writing to us, and (b) submitted at least 28 days before the scheduled date of event commencement.

Refunds will be made at the discretion of the host (Soarent Publishing) for cancellations by participants lodged between 28 days and 14 days prior to the scheduled event commencement. Participants may substitute a refund for other equivalent services offered by the 9 Skills Factory.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations by participants made within 14 days prior to the scheduled first day of the event. Substitution of fees for other equivalent services offered by the 9 Skills Factory will be at the discretion of Soarent Publishing.
