What does MMA have in common with BI?
It struck me in conversation with my good friend Peter Gough that MMA might well be the perfect analogy for how you should approach business improvement skills development.

A mixed martial artist is confronted with unique problems influenced by the dynamics of the environment, people and existing circumstance, and in response needs to develop a broad array of skills from many disciplines to solve those problems.
