What happens if I fall behind on training tasks and assignments?
If you fall behind, you can simply work through the tasks when you are able to. The only real impact will be if you are doing the Pro Coaching option and you fail to lodge assignment work within the specified time frame. (see FAQ about this below)
Do I need to lead a change project to get certified?
No you do not. If you are doing the training only option, you will have access to a certificate of course completion upon passing all progress assessments.

If you are engaged in the Pro Coaching option, you will receive formal certification and the OCM qualification upon passing all progress assessments and meeting the standard for all competency assignments.
Is there a deadline for the lodging of assignment work for pro coaching students?
Yes there is. You must lodge your assignment work within 6 months of the date of registration for this training. After that date assignment work will no longer be accepted.
Is there a pass rate for the assessments?
Progress assessments are in online quiz form and presented at the end of each module.

They are set up with an 80 percent pass rate and you receive immediate feedback for each assessment.

If you do not meet the 80 percent requirement, you can reset the assessment and continue to do it until you meet the pass rate.
